What is the Opening Signal of the Medical Automatic Cleanroom Door?

The door opening signal of the medical automatic clean room door is a contact signal. Microwave radar and infrared sensors are two commonly used signal sources. Microwave radar responds to the displacement of objects, so the response speed is fast, and it is suitable for places where people with normal walking speed pass through. Its characteristic is that once the people near the clean room door do not want to go out and stay still, the radar will no longer respond, and the automatic clean room door will be closed, which has a certain protective effect on the door operator. The disadvantage is that the response speed of the infrared sensor is slow, and it is suitable for places where people who move slowly come and go.

Since microwave radar and infrared sensors do not know whether someone approaching an automatic cleanroom door is really going to enter, there are occasions where pushbutton switches are preferred. The key switch may be a contact-type button, or more conveniently a so-called toggle switch. Toggle switches are durable. In particular it can be operated with the elbow, avoiding hand contact.

There is also a foot switch with the same function. However, it has high requirements for waterproofing, and the pedal force is very large, which is easy to make the pedal switch fail. There is also a handle with a contact switch. When the handle of clean room doors is pushed (or pulled in the opposite direction) in place, a contact signal is provided to the clean room door operator.

2. Requirements for the use of medical automatic clean room doors

Today's building automation sometimes puts forward special requirements, such as using a certain branch of the telephone to control the opening of the medical automatic clean room door. To achieve this requirement, just ensure that the signal is a passive contact signal.

In some cases,  when using automatic clean room doors, people will ask for the remote control of the antenna. Use a wireless receiver to make a contact connection with the automatic clean room door and then match a wireless transmitter to meet the requirements. However, there are too many sources of radio waves today that can easily lead to accidental opening of doors. This is a troublesome question.
